Almost two years after being banned from the platform, streamer Axiun has launched a public appeal asking Twitch to remove it from its ban and let it stream again.
Since early September 2019, Axiun has attended TwitchCon with Friends, a sort of annual party where all the top streamers get together, socialize, and celebrate all things Twitch.
It normally provides great content as the names of all the different communities get mixed up, but it can also sometimes cause problems for streamers.
Axiun is the perfect example, having completely lost his chain to a misdemeanor during the event.

In 2019, Axiun was banned from the platform because he was concerned he would allow people to use his pass to enter.
Although he initially provided various alibis as to why these friends had his pass – saying they were just trying to give him back his pass – he apparently admitted he was wrong and that he lent the pass.
Now it is posted a Twitlonger explaining the situation and, above all, pleading that his channel no longer be banned.
“Not a day goes by that I don’t think about how stupid it was to risk my account by lending my badge,” he said. “I faced my punishment and grew from it. I have learned from my mistakes and I am now asking for another chance… I hope that one day they will give me a chance to redeem myself.

Twitch does not speak publicly about platform bans, so they are unlikely to respond to calls from Axiun, although it is not impossible that they will reconsider his ban at some point.
He and his fans will hopefully wait, but at the end of the day, it’s rare that we see permanent bans result in someone having their account recovered. For Axiun, he may have to start reconsidering his options.
