DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (October 12, 2021) – Magic of Lights, the popular Christmas light extravaganza for families, returns to Daytona International Speedway from November 19 to January 1, 2022. Returning for its fifth year at the World Center of Racing, Magic of Lights will continue to bring a display dazzling with over a million twinkling, twinkling lights and magical scenes, all seen from the comfort and safety of the guest’s vehicle. Children one to 92 (and older) will be mesmerized by colorful lights, holiday scenes, and a cast of characters. Families, couples, friends, social groups and work groups can enjoy the happy holidays experience by taking advantage of the special presale and early discount price of $ 17 for standard vehicles until November 2. After that, regular ticket prices include:

  • Advanced pricing from November 3 to December 9: $ 20 per standard vehicle in advance or $ 30 at the door on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) or $ 35 on weekends (Friday to Sunday).
  • Advanced Season Premium rates from December 10 to January 1: $ 25 per standard vehicle in advance or $ 35 at the door on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) or $ 40 on weekends (Friday to Sunday).
  • Oversized vehicles such as limousines or vans for 15 or more passengers will cost $ 40 per vehicle in advance, $ 50 per vehicle at the door, and $ 55 on weekends (Friday through Sunday).
  • Every Tuesday (except December 21st) is Double Drive Through Night – walk through the lights twice, with the purchase of a vehicle ticket.
  • Group rates are available.
  • Tourist buses cannot be accommodated.

Magic of Lights, a festive and winding drive-through on the grounds of iconic Daytona International Speedway, will be open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET every night, except Thanksgiving weekend (November 25-28) when Hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 10 p.m. ET.

Customers will enjoy all the spectacular displays, using the latest LED technology and digital animations. Tickets purchased online in advance can be used on any date, allowing customers to choose when they choose to attend. The experience will include a walk behind the Ticket and Tours Building, through state-of-the-art powersports facilities, and will end in the Midway display area.

New this year will be the “Illuminating Mega Tree,” which stands 40 feet tall, with dancing lights synchronized with favorite holiday tunes. Other new features include 12 Days of Christmas and Prehistoric Christmas.

Favorite traditional festive scenes are back, such as the infamous enchanting tunnel of lights, 12 Days of Christmas, 200ft Candy Cane Lane, Sports Row and Toyland – all guaranteed to warm the heart and create special family memories at through the generations.

A portion of proceeds from the Magic of Lights at Daytona International Speedway will benefit local AdventHealth hospitals.
