Nature adventures: Insects for lunch

Thusday, June 2 and Friday June 3, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Children ages 3-6, accompanied by an adult, will enjoy puppet shows or storytelling, crafts, hands-on activities, and discovery time on the trail. $3 per person including siblings 2 years and older and adults. Prepaid registration required.

Junior aide-de-camp training

Thursday, June 2, 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Teens 14 and older who have completed a written application, been interviewed, and selected can attend this special training to prepare them for nature camp duties. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Nature Camp: Endangered Animals of Colorado (1st-5and grades)

Monday to Friday, June 6 to June 10, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Learn about the animals that have been rare in Colorado and how we can be habitat heroes to help them come back! $140/member, $150/non-member. Prepaid registration required.

Nature Camp at Fox Run Regional Park: Colorado’s Endangered Animals (1st-5and grades)

Monday to Friday, June 13 to 17, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Learn about the animals that have been rare in Colorado and how we can be habitat heroes to help them come back! $100/member, $110/non-member. Prepaid registration required.

2s & 3s Exterior: Rollie Pollie Roundup

Thusday, June 23 and Friday June 24, 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

Explore nature with your 2 or 3 year old child through interactive activities, a story and a short hike. $3 per person including siblings 2 years and older and adults. Prepaid registration required.

Evening Bat Quest

Saturday June 25, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Wetlands and grasslands provide a buffet of insects and open skies to attract and observe bats. While waiting for the sun to go down, learn more about bats with a quick lesson, hands-on and fun activities. Suitable for all ages! $5/non-member, $4/member. Prepaid registration required.

Discover your inner paleontologist as you learn about the dinosaurs and other wild creatures that roamed Colorado millions of years ago! $140/member, $150/non-member. Prepaid registration required.
